Is Lean Solutions Group a call center?
No, we are not a call center. We help companies from the U.S. grow their teams and build satellite offices in amazing countries with professionals taking care of not only their back-office, and customer support needs but also marketing, technology, and other professional roles.
Are Lean Staffing and Lean Solutions Group the same company?
Yes! We changed our name in 2020 to show that we are not just staffing, we are a group of incredible solutions!

Lean Solutions Group was founded in Cartagena, Colombia, and quickly expanded to other cities like Barranquilla, Bogota, Medellin, and Bucaramanga. We have also crossed borders to strategically selected countries such as Guatemala, Mexico, and the Philippines.

What are the stages of the selection process?
Our selection process consists of different phases. First, you must register and complete your profile on our website here leangroup.com/resources/jobs by clicking on the "Apply Now” button. Then, a Talent Acquisition team member will contact you to evaluate your work and academic experience and validate your English level if required. Afterward, you must complete a psychotechnical test and an interview with HR. Depending on the vacancy, you will have one or more interviews with the area in charge, which could be in English. Our team will be guiding you and preparing you for the interviews. Remember that your process is unique, so the steps may vary based on the position to which you apply. Once you finish the interviews, our team will contact you to accompany you during the rest of the process and provide you with information about medical exams. We suggest you be patient; sometimes, our onboarding dates may be postponed a few days. Likewise, after the medical exams, one or more interviews are sometimes required as part of the process for the final decision.
If I do not get the position, can I reapply?
Yes, however, it is advisable to wait a minimum period of 3 months to apply again.
What English level is required?
We are currently looking for non-bilingual and bilingual positions. We are looking for a minimum B1 level for our bilingual vacancies. However, this will depend on the job for which you are applying. We do not require you to have a certificate. If you are not sure of your level of English, apply to one of our positions, and our Talent Acquisition team can provide you with feedback.
What academic background do I need to have to apply for your vacancies?
We have a wide variety of vacancies available for various profiles. Therefore, we are always open to validating profiles with short experience and educational careers. If you have any questions regarding your profile, our team will be able to advise you.

What is the salary and the schedule for the position?
We offer a variety of work schedules. We work 40 hours a week. However, hours may vary for each position, depending on the labor law in each country. Regarding the salary offer, you should keep in mind that depending on the vacancy you apply for, your salary assignment will be carried out. Our Talent Acquisition team will share this salary during your process.
Am I going to take calls?
Remember that once you are certified in training, your functions as a logistics coordinator will be through calls and/or emails. So, you must be available to do both.

May I know the name of the client I will be presenting to?
In most cases, we share the name of the client and relevant information about the company. If you have any doubts about it, our Talent Acquisition team will guide you.
Can I do my internship with you?
Yes, you must first check with your institution to see if there is an agreement with us for your academic program. Then, we will indicate the following steps.
How long is the training?
The training provided by our company can take from 2 to 4 weeks, however, on some occasions, you may be assigned to a client before completing it. It is essential that you have availability from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Do I receive any payment during the training?
Yes, from your start date you will receive the payment agreed upon during the interview with the area in charge since you will be operating under a signed contract.
How does the training work?
You will be contacted for your first day via email or a call from the Department in charge a few days before or on the same day as admission. During the first day of training, you will create your profile and corporate email and receive the necessary material. During the rest of the week, you will have general training in each department and learn all the concepts and processes within the industry in the United States. At the end of your training, you will have to take an exam on the topics covered.
