Context

Priority Technology Holdings (PRTH), a scalable platform integrating payments and banking solutions, grew exponentially. It required a staff augmentation alternative to scale quickly and find suitable candidates for their technology and software development teams.

Due to their incredible growth, PRTH was searching for staff augmentation solutions as they needed to scale quickly and find suitable candidates that would allow them to meet their customer expectations and provide high-quality services.

Solution

It all started with a Backend Developer in March 2022. A couple of months later, PRTH hired seven additional members to work on diverse products, complying with the highest quality standards:

To overcome several operational challenges, our tech division offered an augmented service of a Scrum Master and other dedicated Backend Developers. Once the new team member began his backend PHP development functions, the completion rate increased from 23% to 85%.

Next Steps
