For the 4th year in a row, Lean Solutions Group lands on the Inc. 5000 list
We made the list! For the fourth year in a row, we landed the Inc. 5000 2022 list of fastest growing privately owned companies in America. In this year’s list, we ranked No. 395, more than 60 slots above our No. 459 ranking in 2021, boasting a growth rate of 1,519%.
The Inc. 5000 list showcases the most successful companies in America, which have shown incredible revenue percentage growth during the past three years (2018-2021). Even though these years have been plagued with disruption, the outstanding companies on this list have generated a 230% median growth, $317.6 billion in total revenue, and over 1 million jobs added.
How did we do it?
Landing on the Inc. 5000 list for four years in a row is an incredible accomplishment since it shows the hard work and dedication we have put into growing our business.
During the past few years, Lean Solutions Group has grown and expanded in many areas, from our service offering to accessing worldwide talent and opening new offices across LATAM and the world.
- Our service offering
Even though 2020 was challenging, we continued to search for ways to provide an integrated solution for our growing client base. Therefore, we launched Lean Marketing and Lean Sales, which allowed us to onboard new clients by providing high-quality marketing and sales solutions. Afterward, in 2021, we launched our fifth Lean Brand, Lean BPO, which focused on back-office, customer support, and professional positions.
- Worldwide talent
As our client base grew and the labor shortage widened the talent gap, the need for professionals increased significantly. Therefore, we expanded our search for highly motivated individuals and landed in Guatemala and the Philippines, two countries with a broad bilingual workforce.
- High-quality services
Growing fast can sometimes lead to being unorganized or losing focus. But for us at LSG, it has become a source of motivation that drives each and every one of our employees to continue providing top-of-the-line services.
